Before you book, please take a moment to read the following information about our direct bookings and cancellation policy. As a small boutique guesthouse, these terms help us plan ahead and protect both you and us.

Direct Booking & Cancellation Policy

Book directly with us for our best available rates. A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before arrival. You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival date.

Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, as well as no-shows and early departures, are non-refundable and will be charged in full.

By making a direct booking with Chapel 5, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
